Scott brings over 25 years of experience in the technology sector, where he has excelled in operations, project management, and marketing roles. He is passionate about helping companies drive growth through more efficient and effective business processes and strategies. With a proven track record in delivering tangible results and improving business efficiency, Scott specializes in developing and implementing innovative strategies that optimize operations, reduce costs, and increase productivity. His expertise in problem-solving, project management, and team leadership has enabled him to successfully manage large-scale global projects and lead teams to achieve business success.

His career began in tech research at IntelliQuest, where he led a team of 11 consultants to meet quarterly business and research objectives. He played a pivotal role in developing new processes and customer service strategies that enhanced efficiency and provided clients with deeper insights into ongoing research and end-customer behavior, resulting in increased client satisfaction. In this position, Scott was responsible for recruiting and training research consultants and developing research studies. He collaborated with tech brands, including Apple, Microsoft, Cisco, Intel, and SBC.

Scott later contributed to the growth of Sicola Martin (now part of the Y&R/WPP group), one of the first high-tech agencies in the U.S., and subsequently worked with the Brand Momentum Group, a division of Citigate Cunningham. In these roles, he combined his skills in account management, proposal and SOW development, negotiation, and project management to expand business with firms such as Citrix, Brocade, StorageTek, Sprint, Boca Research, HP Compaq, One eCommerce, and Telecomputing.

Transitioning to the client side, Scott joined AMD, where he worked in brand strategy, go-to-market (GTM) initiatives, and product marketing. He managed relationships with vendors, analysts, and consultants, helping to launch AMD’s new mobile division and developed a strategy that facilitated a nearly fourfold business growth within two years. Later at Dell, he applied his skills to the services market, launching new products and services, and developing the Consulting Services strategy post-EMC acquisition. He successfully combined the two distinct service portfolios into a single catalog, enabling sales teams to position and sell comprehensive hardware, software, and consulting solutions.

Scott’s background is rather unique in the tech market featuring a B.A. Double Major in English Literature and Cinema Studies from the University of Southern Illinois at Carbondale, and he resides in Austin, TX.
