RESEARCH BRIEF: Is VDI Ready for Broader Adoption?

Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) has lagged versus early expectations of broad adoption for almost a decade due to lack of predictability of costs, performance issues, and complexity from deployment to support have gated broader enterprise adoption. It was only a matter of time until a single vendor could consolidate a full end-to-end offer addressing these enterprise IT challenges with VDI.
