Adobe Makes Significant Advancements in Generative AI with Adobe Sensei GenAI

Adobe has made significant advancements in generative AI with Adobe Sensei GenAI, further enhancing the capabilities of Experience Cloud. Adobe will integrate these AI services into Customer Journey Analytics, Experience Manager, Journey Optimizer, and Marketo Engage. Leveraging large language models such as Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service and FLAN-T5, brands can now generate and customize text-based experiences. The real power lies in integrating with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), enabling brands to train generative AI models using their exclusive customer insights stored in AEP.

With Sensei GenAI, brands can leverage a range of features and benefits across their customer journey analytics, including natural language queries for easy data exploration, intelligent captions that provide valuable insights from data visualizations, dynamic chat for automated interactions, and marketing copy generation in Experience Manager and Journey Optimizer. Additionally, an AI assistant for Adobe Experience Platform allows users to access information through natural language queries, empowering teams to derive more value from their technology investments.

While some may find AI automation daunting, it’s important to note that these tools are designed to complement human interactions and enhance existing capabilities. The data visualization tools provided by Sensei GenAI offer invaluable insights and knowledge sharing across organizations. By utilizing these AI-powered solutions, brands can unlock new possibilities without undermining the importance of human creativity and expertise.

Adobe announced the Firefly family of generative AI image and text generation earlier this year. Firefly is the initial step in a broader plan to create additional models catering to different content types and use cases. This likely means Firefly will expand into video, audio, and 3-D vector artwork, covering various creative applications.
